1. Conditions to product return for refund
It is available for a product with allowed return, not an exchange. Refund will be made after the return of product is confirmed.
1) To cancel an order
•
You may cancel within 24 hours of settled payment or the status is ‘product in preparation’
(If the status is ‘in preparation of delivery’, it requires confirmation from the delivery organization before it is processed.)
- In case the delivery is being delayed without any notification.
- In case the products is out of stock.
2) Non-refundable if:
- the product is delivered by mistake.
- the product is defected.
※ Procedure of getting refund
① Post a refund request with full and partial images showing the details of the issue on the ‘Refund Request Noticeboard’ within 3 days from receiving the product.
(post contents: Order number, wrongly delivered/defected product number, reasons of refund, images)
② You will be individually notified when the refund request is registered.
③ Please include the order number, customer name and member ID with the product being returned.
* Any product being returned without official return request will not be refunded.
* Refund will not be made if there is damage to label or tag, or evidence of usage even for the cases of wrong delivery or product defect.
* Returned product should include all accessories and free gifts.
* Shoes box should be in its original condition when returned.
* Delivery charge for returns of wrong delivery or defected product is responsibility of the overseas mall. Except in the case of unavailable EMS-on-delivery, please scan the delivery receipt and post it on the noticeboard. It will be refunded after the product is received.
3) Non-refundable cases:
- For simple change of mind (for color or size, etc.)
- Accessary items: Order cancellation or exchange is not allowed due to characteristics of products.
- For damages or deformation due to mishandling
- Shoes with traces of wearing
- General refund request without consultation with the seller
- Traces of adhesive or small stains on white shoes are not reasons of exchange or refund due to its characteristics.
* A product not having its tag, price tag or label is not considered a defect, therefore not a reason for refund.
* Any wrinkle on product that may have been caused in delivery or insufficient finish due to mass production are not considered to be reasons of refund.
4) In case an ordered product is omitted out
* Please post it on the noticeboard or call the service center on the day of delivery.
* Please keep the delivered package safely until further instruction.
Compensation for the omitted product may not be possible if the package is missing.
2. Period of refund processing
Refund process due to return and order cancellation may take up to 7 to 10
days. Depending on the billing cycle of your credit card company, the refunded amount may be applied in 2 months.
